Dave has many years of experience both in the trenches and at the 30,000-foot level of country image and destination promotion. His skills and insights were largely gained from more than 15 years assisting Taiwan economic development agencies with various forms of strategic planning and promotion. He is arguably one of the world’s most-experienced professionals in this field, and has a track record of getting positioning right the first time and for the long haul. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he was educated in the former Soviet Union, Taiwan and China, and speaks fluent Mandarin, good Spanish, rusty Russian and is widely traveled around the globe.
